Raw Food Weight Loss Cleanse - Day 3
I am excited about completing this raw food cleanse so I can see just what might happen
I am choosing to see this cleanse as an experiment with my health — to improve it of course!
I have been on and off raw food for over 2 years…I know that when I eat a raw food diet I feel and look so much better and the weight loss is awesome!
One thing that has helped me in the past to transition to raw….is to focus on all the many things I GET to eat and enjoy (bountiful life giving fresh fruits and veggies) ….rather than focusing on what I don't get to eat (cooked dead food, etc)
However, that was a bit difficult last night when I was craving cooked food after my housemate prepared spaghetti……oh boy the smell of that spaghetti made me want WARM cooked food… but I chose instead enjoyed a raw green smoothie and it was quite tasty.
I also looked at the health of my housemate (not very good - overweight and unhealthy) and I reminded myself that eating like my housemate eats is going to give me results I don't want.
Food intake today was yummy Watermelon and a banana nectarine spinach green smoothie. I am totally full and satisfied.
