Biggest Loser Fast Weight Loss - You CAN Do It Too!
I am a huge Biggest Loser TV show fan.
So why do I love the Biggest Loser show?
Because I have been there, done that and got the T Shirt!
I relate to every person on that show.
I also really enjoy the way Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper work with each contestant.
Over 20 years ago I was excessively overweight and my health was in the pits. I know the humiliation and frustration of being fat and unhealthy. I also know how fantastic it feels to lose the weight and look and feel great after years of being fat and unhappy with my body.
It is always exciting to see the new bunch of recruits to the Biggest Loser show - especially in the first week of competition when each participant experiences a HUGE weight loss in only 7 days. The majority of the participants lose well over 10 pounds in the first week!
For many of the folks, they have never seen the scale show such a big loss before in their lives. This big drop in weight is HUGELY motivating for each person. This spurs them on to continue because they start to believe that getting the weight off really is possible.
The proper mindset is SO IMPORTANT when it comes to sticking with a plan to get weight off.
The key to losing weight is starting off strong - get some weight loss momentum going, take off quite a few pounds right at the start and then let that excitement about what is possible carry you through to your goal.
