Fruit and Vegetable Diet - 3 Tips That Make it Easy to Lose Weight Fast
My health coaching clients get really excited when they read about the super fast weight loss they can get by doing a fruit and vegetable cleanse.
They have read my experiences and know that in my first cleanse I lost 13 pounds in 14 days.
They imagine how great they will feel after they complete their own fruit and vegetable cleanse. When they are many pounds lighter and their clothes are looser and there energy is skyrocketing. And you know what? That is great!
When you are about to do a cleanse it is really helpful to focus on the outcome of a cleansing diet and all the great benefits you will experience both physically and mentally.
However, many people who start a cleanse do not fully prepare for the fruit and vegetable diet cleanse and because of their lack of preparation they do not give themselves the gift of completing it and reaping the awesome rewards.
The best way to have success when you do a cleansing or detox diet is to do some simple but important preparation before you start.
Here are some tips to prepare for a successful cleanse.
1-Set aside a specific time to do your cleanse. Mark the dates on your calendar and commit to it. You will be surprised how quickly the time flies - a detox cleanse is not forever - it is a specific number of days that you choose for yourself.
2-If at all possible, do the cleanse with a friend or team up with a health coach (like me). Doing it with a buddy that is doing the same program as you are will be very motivating and supportive. For many of my clients this is THE KEY to completing a successful detox cleanse.
3-Clean up your kitchen. The more that you can keep your space clear of temptation the more easily you can complete the cleanse with success. You may need to clear out all the unhealthy foods from your kitchen (not a bad idea anyway!). For me, getting all the non-cleanse foods out of my house keeps me from being tempted late at night when it is easiest to fall of the cleansing wagon.
These three tips are just a few of the ways you can prepare for having a successful cleanse. You deserve to experience the fast weight loss and tremendous boost to your health that comes from a fruit and vegetable diet cleanse. It is my favorite way to lose weight fast and naturally without hunger!
