How do you stay on a raw diet?
How do you make sure that a high percentage of your diet is raw fruits and vegetables?
Jana's Answer:
This is what I have found to be very helpful
for me to keep my diet FULL of delicious
fresh fruits and vegetables.
The key for me was finding great recipes
and then trying different ones
until I found a series of favorites
that I could make daily with just a
little preparation.
And for some added spice (!)
I also have some fun easy-to-make
gourmet recipes for days I want more
pizzazz in my diet!
Now that I have a great bunch of recipes I am set
and I absolutely love to eat this way.
There are so many delicious healthy substitutions
you can make for your old high fat high calorie
unhealthy foods.
I truly don't feel like I am missing out
on some of my former cooked food favorites.
I especially like how GREAT I feel and
how slim my body has become
due to eating a more healthy diet.
I never feel like I am missing out –
the food I eat now just tastes too good
and it so satisfying.
Plus I am eating in a way that nurtures my body and soul –
and I feel so good about taking such good care of myself.
It is not that hard to eat a healthier diet if
you get yourself some good easy recipes and
go for it in the kitchen!
