How much weight can you lose on a 14 day fruit and vegetable cleanse?

Everyone's body is different. And it depends on if you follow it exactly or if you cheat.

I recommend you write down EVERYTHING that passes your lips for the next 14 days so you can honestly evaluate how your body responded.

Consider it an experiment and have fun with it.

Indulge in lots of fruits and veggies and smoothies. Enjoy the tastes of each one.

I am drinking a smoothie right now that has pineapple, spinach, blueberries, red pepper, and beets and it tastes so wonderful and it is so filling.

For me when I did my first fruit and vegetable cleanse, I lost 13 pounds in 14 days and then I lost another 10 pounds in the 4 weeks following the cleanse and the weight keeps coming off. Yea!!!

I also follow the diet pretty closely although if you read my diary….I ate avocadoes and they were not on the plan…and for my body…the weight still came off.

Drink lots of water! That is really important in cleansing and detoxifying your body. All the water helps transport those toxins right out of you! Yes, you may spend a bit of time in the bathroom but believe me your body NEEDS fresh clear water and you really need to get used to hydrating yourself with water. It helps your overall health in many ways. And helps the weight come off.

I also exercised almost every day for about 30-45 minutes…that makes a difference in weight loss. My exercise would consist of jogging or walking or rebounding (on my mini trampoline) or lifting weights, or yoga and sometimes a combination of several of these exercises.

My sister does this same cleanse and loses a lot of weight too — usually about 8-10 pounds…she does not exercise like I do.

Don't compare yourself to me…just have fun with it….if you follow it exactly you will see weight loss — probably at least 8 pounds in 14 days…maybe more. It depends on how YOU do the cleanse.
