Raw Food Weight Loss Cleanse - Day 1

End of day one of my raw food weight loss cleanse!
Yippee!
After being on again and off again with raw food….I had eaten quite a bit of junkier food in the last month….so today was a change for me.
I am happy to say that……
I ate watermelon for breakfast and lunch and it was wonderful!
Then for dinner I had a green smoothie. Pineapple and spinach. yummy!
So far so good.
No starving….no terrible hunger…just healthy hunger and then I just ate when I was hungry…simple.
I decided to really document my progress so yesterday (before beginning this cleanse) I took some BEFORE pics and weighed myself (yikes!). and I am journaling my experience - emotionally, physically and mentally.
Should be interesting…..at least for me….I am excited about what is going to happen because I have experienced the weight loss and the rejuvenating health that comes from eating a raw food diet — this is an adventure in caring for myself.
Woohoo! This will be awesome!
I can't wait to see what will happen by the end of this 14 day raw food cleanse.
