Raw Food Diet Weight Loss - Mango Salsa Recipe
Hello everyone-
Lately I have been really enjoying Mango Salsa as often as I can
It is so delicious.
And easy to make.
And low calorie too.
Oh…and healthy for you too!
Here is a great recipe
Mango Cucumber Red Onion Salsa
- 1 cup mango (cubed)
- 3/4 cup cucumber (cubed)
- 1/3 cup red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 and 1/2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
- cilantro (finely chopped) — add to your taste
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons raw honey or agave nectar (optional if you like a sweeter flavor)
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons minced and seeded green jalapeno pepper (optional - if you like a little spice to your salsa)
All you do is mix all the above ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let all the flavors come together.
Yum! Yum!
This recipe should make you about six 1/2 cup servings and each serving is only 30 calories.
