Raw Food Weight Loss Cleanse Beginning

I am beginning a 2 week long raw food cleanse to lose weight and get back on a healthy track.
I have been on again / off again raw for about 2 years.
I know I feel better when I eat more raw food but those darn cravings….
So that is why I am here.
I am doing this one day at a time.
I want to slow down.
Rather than just grab food and stuff what I might be feeling…..
I will allow myself to be curious about myself and what is going on.
I will be sharing the TRUTH about what is going on in my life and in my mind that makes me want to turn to unhealthy binge type foods in the past.
I want to be kind to myself and encourage myself (rather than some of the ugly self-talk I have had in the past)
So here we go on the cleanse..
I am truly excited about what I will learn and how I will grow and feel with this fun experiment.

Me….with my nephew…after we hiked up a mountain in Alaska over a year ago…that was a great day!
This was at a time I was eating 100% raw and loving it!
So I am going back to what I know works and what my body loves.
