Fruit and Vegetable Diet - Raw Food Cleanse and Lose Weight Fast - Update 8
I love doing fruit and vegetable diet cleanses because they encourage me to experiment with fruits and vegetables I have never eaten before.
I lived in Alaska most of my life and the produce we got up there was not that tasty because almost all of it had to be shipped up there way in advance of it ripening.
So today…I tried pomegranates and I found out that I LOVE 'em! They are delicious.
I also enjoyed some delicious fresh green juice early this morning and some bananas.
I did a wonderful workout that incorporated pilates and cardio and core training. I usually break a sweat doing some kind of work out every day - it just makes me feel so good!
Overall today was a great cleansing day.
Oh yeah…and I attended a family dinner this evening - my sister had prepared a slow cooked pot roast with veggies and home-made mashed potatoes and gravy. It really smelled and looked good…but I sat at the table and ate my pomegranate….a few of the kids tried it and thought it was pretty good. Yes, I was tempted and my family kind of teased me….but they are accustomed to me eating lots of fruits and vegetables. So other than a bit of ribbing…it was a good visit with family.
