You don't have to give up cooked food forever.
When you are doing a raw food diet to lose weight the last thing you want to hear is that you can never have cooked food again.
It is just too much to comprehend if you come from a predominantly cooked food diet as is true for most of us.
Personally, I love eating lots of raw fruits and veggies and it is a huge part of my daily diet… but I like living knowing that no foods are off limits to me and if I decide I want to enjoy some non-raw food I will do so.
That is how I was initially introduced to raw food and it was so much easier to transition.
For sure - it was what helped me do 6 months 100% raw - I worked up to it - it did not happen right away.
And during those 6 months - if I had wanted to I would have eaten cooked food - I just did not feel the desire to.
However the option was always available for me and that made the transition to healthy food much easier.
