Fruit and Vegetable Diet - Raw Food Cleanse and Lose Weight Fast Update 3
Well hello….
Update on my current fruit and vegetable diet cleanse.
So far so good.
For dinner last night I ate a delicious meal of avocado and grape tomatoes.
It was a nice simple meal that really satisfied.
Today I plan to enjoy watermelon and later I will probably make myself a yummy banana - spinach - kale green smoothie.
As I mentioned before…I got off track over Thanksgiving and gave in to cooked food temptations and consequently gained some weight.
So I am looking forward to losing weight with this cleanse and as usual I know that if I follow the fruit and vegetable diet regimen I will lose weight fast.
I weighed this morning and after only one day - I have already released over 2 pounds.
I am sure that part of it is because my colon is releasing that heavy cooked food I ate over thanksgiving.
Eating a high raw diet of fruits and vegetables has a wonderfully healthy effect on your colon and intestines by cleaning them up naturally.
It is a natural comfortable healthy cleanse and detox response. I feel lighter and my stomach is flatter.
When I ate cooked food and pumpkin pie over the holidays I felt HEAVIER and lethargic.
The more I eat lots of fresh raw fruits and veggies - I feel lighter and I am more energized.
Hmmmm…I probably should stick to a high raw diet (high raw = mostly fruit and vegetables)….right?
Eating right really is as simple as listening to your body and how it reacts to what you give it for fuel…seems easy enough but for many of us we are eating from emotions rather than hunger…. can you relate? Leave a comment below…
