I am drinking my my breakfast right now as I type this.
What am I having?
A delicious green smoothie.
It is filled with fresh pineapple, fresh strawberries, kale leaves, and tons of fresh spinach leaves and E3Live which adds some great stuff for my body.
I plan to post a lot during this cleanse….it will help me stay on my fruit and vegetable diet cleanse.
I allowed myself some cooked foods and some sugary refined foods (pumpkin pie) at Thanksgiving and my body felt yucky.
