Raw Food Weight Loss Cleanse - Day 13


Raw Food Weight Loss Cleanse and Detox…..Day 13 and all is well.

Well, I just could not resist today and I woke up this morning all bright eyed and bushy tailed and decided to try on some of those clothes that were too tight 2 weeks ago.

How did they fit? 

So much better!!

The jeans and shorts I love to wear are now back in my clothing repertoire! Yippee!

Okay…how is my raw food diet going?


I continue to eat a lot of fruit throughout the day and then I have a "heavier" meal at night with veggies and sometimes an avocado thrown in.

Now if you look back at my first day or two my goal was to just eat raw fruits and raw veggies and no fats (that meant no fatty veggies like avocadoes), however I don't work well with super-rigid plans - and I found that I needed to incorporate avocadoes on occasion to my eating.

My weight still came off quite well and so far I have lost 13 pounds and I am on day 13 so I don't think the avocadoes hurt me.

I may have lost more weight without them but I wanted to make this cleanse something I enjoy while still losing weight and that has been the case FOR SURE!

Keep in mind this entire cleanse I have also done on average 30- 40 minutes of exercise every day - yoga, jogging, rollerblading, rebounding, and more - just whatever I was in the mood for I did and that worked out quite well too.

Well…one more day and this 14 day cleanse will be done. See ya tomorrow!
