Raw Foods Cleanse for Weight Loss - Day 7 and onward
Update edit: I just wanted to let you know that I stayed with the raw cleanse to the end - I did all 10 days.
I ate raw fruits and vegetables every day and stayed almost entirely away from avocadoes - not easy for this avocado lover!
I lost 8.5 pounds in 9 days - I did not weigh on the morning after finishing 10 days..so I may have lost even more
Throughout the cleanse I ate lots of delicious food (all fruits and vegetables) and I never felt like I was missing out.
I am so glad I did this cleanse.
Just before the cleanse I was finding myself wanting to eat junky type foods again and this cleanse not only helped me drop some weight but it also re-aligned my consciousness to stay on a healthy low fat delicious track with my almost entirely raw food diet.
I also discovered some delicious new ways to eat raw fruits and veggies.
I can now go into the holiday season - slimmer and not quite as tempted by the so called "goodies" that everyone else will be eating.
