Raw Foods Cleanse for Weight Loss - Day 5 & 6
Hey - hope your Friday went well.
Here is my update for the last 2 days…it may seem boring..but if anyone out there is following my cleanse I want them to know I am still in it!
I just keep eating lots of delicious fruit each morning and either more fruit or a green smoothie later in the day and then a more filling dinner.
Last night I had a raw veggie sandwich and tonight I had raw spaghetti with raw marinara sauce.
I have lost a total of 6 pounds in the 6 days I have been doing the cleanse.
I don't have a lot of weight i want to lose this time around but I was happy to see those 6 pounds go bye bye.
