Raw Food Weight Loss Cleanse - Day 11
It is now day 11 of my 14 day raw food detox cleanse.
For those of you who are wondering if I will continue to eat like this after the cleanse - I will.
I feel so much better on a diet that consists of lots of raw fruits and veggies.
After this cleanse I will add a few more raw delicious things to my diet but I think it was important for me to simplify during this time and focus on fruits and vegetables.
It helped me get down to basics and peel back some layers and figure out what was making me lean toward junky processed food in the majority of what I ate.
PLUS — I really like the weight loss!!
As of this morning I lost another pound so now I have let go of and released 12 pounds so far on this cleanse.
That is cause for major celebration!! 
I was in such a funk before I started this cleanse and now I am seeing some light. 
So what have I been eating?
In the last few days….lots of watermelon, zucchini, tomatoes, papaya, romaine, spinach, pineapple, and yes a few avocadoes have snuck in a time or two!
I have had monomeals of watermelon, cucumbers, bananas and more.
I have enjoyed many green smoothies.
And I have had a couple more elaborate (but very simple to prepare) raw meals like raw spaghetti with the most delicious fresh tomato sauce - oh my goodness - simply scrumptious!
Well I am off to enjoy some watermelon!
