Raw Food Weight Loss Cleanse - Day 10

One of the really neat things about this raw fruit and vegetable cleanse it that it is very simple to understand and follow.
I am still in this and moving forward.
The weight keeps coming off and I am so relieved.
I lost another pound so now it is a total loss of 11 pounds in 10 days.
Before I began this cleanse I was really feeling a bit overwhelmed by a lack of control over my food choices and the weight was creeping on.
Can anyone relate? You know that feeling of being aware that you are not eating the right foods that can fuel your body and you start to feel your clothes getting tighter and less comfortable and you know you have got to make a change.
Well that is where I was BEFORE I began this raw food diet cleanse.
Before this cleanse, not only was I gaining weight I also just felt awful 'cause I was eating processed foods and heavy cooked foods.
This cleanse has made me stop and get a handle on what was going on in my mind and my body.
Keeping it simple - to raw fruits and raw vegetables has been key to making this do-able. And quite tasty too!
The more I eat life giving nutrition packed fruits and vegetables and get away from the cooked processed foods the better I feel about myself and my body.
I am loving the results of this cleanse so far! :) I am enjoying fast weight loss, improved health, and my waistband is getting looser!
