Raw Food Weight Loss Cleanse - Day 9

So I think I got a little too proud of myself for seeing the scale register a nice loss.
Day 8 - yesterday was overall a good day
I had a very busy work day -
then I had a meeting to attend where I had to bring food -
the folks that attend the meeting have no desire (yet) for raw food so I had to bring pizza and cookies - I picked up the hot fresh pizza and the smell of pizza in my car as I was driving to the meeting was tempting.

Then I had to watch everyone devour the pizza and cookies at the meeting..I sat there sipping my green smoothie (which one guy asked about and I shared what I was doing - to which he started in drilling me that raw foodists don't get enough protein…which is not true….but I was not there to debate)
The good part about yesterday - I ate only raw food
early in the day I enjoyed watermelon
later I had some papaya
for dinner I had green smoothie (at the meeting)
then……
well then it was night time and that is the time I have the biggest battles with food and my desire to munch.
I was craving avocado and I was a bit hungry (but it might have been more mind hunger than body hunger if I am honest with myself) - anyway I enjoyed an avocado.
then…..
I enjoyed 20 raw cashews.

Do you see a pattern here of my wanting fat?
So this is how I am looking at last night
I am proud of myself for
-not eating pizza and cookies at the meeting I attended
-not diving into junk food (highly processed foods that my roommate has in the cupboard) when I got home from the meeting
-not overeating on avocado or nuts but simply enjoying a measured portion of each
-not beating myself up for being imperfect
-for continuing on in this cleanse and remembering that I am doing pretty darn good overall
How did I feel this morning?
Not as energetic as I had the last few days previous
Not hungry at all - I still feel full from last night
So I am learning and I am continuing and I am happy to be curious about what is happening with me.
I am allowing this wonderful raw food cleanse experiment to teach me a lot about myself.
Onward!
Day 9 activities….
I just continued eating raw food - fruits and veggies.
I eat when I am hungry and stop when I am satisfied.
Very simple meals - very nourishing and satisfying.
I have been learning some great ways to make simple raw meals that taste so good.
