Raw Foods Cleanse for Weight Loss - Day 2
I enjoyed a bowl of fresh grapes for breakfast.
For lunch I made a smoothie of kiwis, bananas and spinach. Yum Yum!
And for dinner I had one of my favorite dishes - fresh mangos and strawberries.
I did what I planned to do - I ate fruits and vegetables only - I feel great and am glad I decided to do the cleanse.
Oh yeah, I worked out today too - I jogged / ran for almost 3 miles.
I hope all of you that are doing the cleanse are sticking with it. The pay off is worth it!
