Raw Foods Cleanse for Weight Loss - Day 1

Hey everyone! I sure hope you all had a great day! I just completed Day 1 of this Fall Raw Foods Cleanse and I feel really good.

I was a goofball last night and ate some cooked food - pizza! of all things (one of my former cooked foods favorites) - anyway I sure did not feel light and springy this morning after the pizza last night…but for some reason….and I am sure some of you can relate…I tend to have a "last supper" before I begin each raw cleanse that I do. Some day I will break that habit…. :)

Okay so today on my first day of this cleanse….this is what I ate.

I took it easy and drank A LOT of water this morning - trying to flush out that pizza and feel clear again.

Then I drank some delicious green lemonade

Later in the day I had a big bowl of cut up fresh mangos and raspberries. That was a delightful mix of delicious tastes!

And finally I ended my day with a green smoothie that had pineapple, beet, blueberries, spinach, beet greens, yellow pepper. It was very delicious and filling.

My goal each day of this cleanse is to have my last meal 3 hours before I go to bed at night. Today I did it….yea!!

So - that is my post for today - the first day of my Autumn Raw Cleanse.

I hope you will join me. The results are always awesome if you stick with the cleanse and it really does not feel like I am missing out. I am not starving or even hungry. Just satisfied with yummy nutritious foods.
