Raw Food Weight Loss Cleanse - Day 6 + Yoga Detox

Well here I am at the end of day 6
I ate watermelon for breakfast
bananas for lunch
and a green smoothie of pineapple and spinach for dinner
Yes…I know the smoothie is not a mono-meal
but I am still happy that I had a great healthy day with just fruits and greens
For me this is a huge change to cleanse like this and get back on track.
Even though I have been on and off raw for 2 years…
unfortunately my last OFF period was where I was having frozen lean cuisine type meals for dinner for several months and I have no doubt that I have stored up a few toxins that need to be released.
So I am hereby adjusting my cleanse to continue with monomeals throughout the day and then a green smoothie for dinner until further notice.
Yippee!
I just feel better right now doing it that way.
I ran today for about 25 minutes…that felt good then I bounced on my rebounder for 15 min.
Oh yeah, and tonight I was doing one of my favorite yoga DVDs and I nearly fell over doing the tree pose…
I just could not get my balance….and I also felt really tight when I began the session.
I wonder if my body might be struggling a bit with the detox and was showing me some symptoms during my workout.
Anyhow, the yoga instructor says the tree pose helps develop humor when we fall down and I was sure giggling tonight.
