Raw Food Weight Loss Cleanse - Exercise and Fitness
I just wanted to mention what I am doing regarding exercise and fitness during this raw food weight loss cleanse…in case you were wondering

I have been exercising almost every day
What do I do for exercise?
So far on this cleanse these are my favorites:
-run/jog for 30-40 minutes
-do yoga class
-jump on my rebounder (mini trampoline)
-rollerblade around my neighborhood
I just do what feels good for that day.
I just want to be active each day - breaking a sweat is nice too.
I have noticed that because I am not bingeing on junk food late at night that I wake up with more energy and my workouts seem easier and more effortless and that is AWESOME!!
